Biography

Research Interest

My interest lies in connective tissue healing and ways, in which this can be controlled, augmented or improved. The ultimate goal of my research efforts it to identify problems of clinical significance in "surgical disciplines" and provide solutions through understanding basic science, applied science and engineering.

My research career is at the interface between clinical and applied medicine and surgery incorporating the fields of biomaterials and biomechanics.
