Biography

Feng-Sheng Tsai received the dual B.S. degree in mathematics and in computer science and information engineering, the M.S. degree in mathematics, and the Ph.D. degree in mathematics, from National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2001, 2003, and 2007, respectively. He was an Assistant Research Scholar with the National Science Council of Taiwan from 2012 to 2013. He has been an Assistant Professor with China Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan, and an Assistant Researcher with China Medical University Hospital, Taichung, Taiwan, since 2015. He has published papers in IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, on various topics in machine learning and neural computing.
