Biography
Jonathan Nye is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco. He holds a BA from Yale and an MD from UCSF, where he also completed his psychiatric residency. He has spent most of his career at San Francisco General Hospital and currently directs the HIV Team on the Inpatient Psychiatry service. He has won numerous awards for excellence in teaching at UCSF. His professional interests include psychiatric education and the provision of services for HIV positive or at-risk patients with severe mental illness.
