Dr. Chen graduated from Chung Shan Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan in 1973. He received his Residency from Cook County Hospital, Chicago, IL 60612, USA in 1980. He is a Member of American Academy of Ophthalmology and American College of Surgeons.
