Non Clinical but Valuable Case Studies in Medicine

Case study is very important in continuous medical education for medical personnel. Case study can be the simple report that present new finding or re-notify the forgotten issue or trick in medical practice [1]. Each case study has its own specific value and important note. After reading a case study, the medical reader might get some new knowledge and insight for application in their daily clinical practice [2-3]. Many published case studies are clinical cases. Nevertheless, some non-clinical cases can also be useful and valuable for medical readers. The examples of those case studies are legal cases, educational cases, political cases, economical cases, techno-engineering cases, quality and administration cases as well as ethical cases. Since medicine is an integrated science, as a combination of science and art, medical practitioner has to learn both medical and non-medical knowledge, it is no doubt that there are many non-clinical but valuable case studies in medicine. Here, the promoting of publication of non clinical case report is raised.
