Biography

Born in 1962 in Mannheim/ Germany, Medical school in Italy and Munich. Moved 1991 to Switzerland as a research stipendiate for DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft) at the University Hopsital Zurich, Dept. Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Specialized in OBGYN and Perinatal Medicine and Professor at the University of Zurich since 2001.
Co founder of GGS ( Gynäkologie Geburtshilfe Seefeld) center and founder of the swiss perinatal institute "Perinatal Zürich" which is linked to Zurich Hirslanden private clinics.
In addition to his clinical work he had a research post at the University of Zurich, Obstetric research and an active international guest lecture activity. He also had appointed guest professor at the Medical School of Adis Abeba University at the "Black Lion Hospital".
