Biography

He is an Associate Professor. 2003.09 − 2007.07, he studied for B. S. in Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology of China; 2007.09 − 2012.12, he enrolled in Key Laboratory of Polymer Ecomaterials, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and received his Ph. D. in January 2013. Now, he serves as Associate Professor in CIAC, CAS.

Research Interest

His research focuses on the developments of (1) exploitations of stimuli-responsive polymers as the matrices of smart nanocarriers, (2) developments of cell-related nanoscale platforms for controlled drug delivery, and (3) regenerative biomaterials. He has published more than 90 pre-reviewed research papers in international academic journals including Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release, Chemical Communications, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Biomacromolecules, Polymer Chemistry

Professional Activities:

He has applied over 50 Chinese invention patents, of which more than 20 ones was authorized. Among them, one was awarded as First Prize of Jilin Province Invention Contest (ranked second), and the other one was rated as Excellence Award of Chinese Patent Award (ranked second). In addition, he was honored as Outstanding Paper Award for Young Scholars (Second Award) by National Biomaterials Congress in 2010, Best Poster Award by the First Symposium on Innovative Polymers for Controlled Delivery. (SIPCD 2010) in 2010, Tang Aoqing Chemistry Scholarship by Tang Aoqing Education Foundation of Jilin University in 2011, President Award (Excellence) by Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012, Graduate National Scholarship by Ministry of Education in 2012, and Jilin Province Natural Science Academic Achievement Award by Science and Technology Association of Jilin Province in 2014. Recently, he is serving as Guest Editor of Current Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Topic: Polymeric Nanomedicines for Malignancy Therapy, In Press), Polymers (Topic: Functional Polymers for Medical Applications), and Journal of Nanomaterials (Topic: Smart Polymeric Nanocarriers).
