Research Interest

My current research is focused on developing anticancer agents with novel mechanism of action and developing novel approaches to increase cancer sensitivity to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We are also interested in developing thiol specific fluorogenic agents. These agents can be used to detect oxidative stress in intact cells. The details of these projects are briefly described in the active, funded, and pending grant applications listed below.
